HLR6100-2ATUBCF-AC208/240 Power Relay

The HLR6100-2ATUBCF-AC208/240 power relay is available in 1A (1-pole) and 2A (2-pole) versions, with a rated current of 30A. It primarily uses T-type connector terminals, but also includes B-type screw terminals and P-type terminals for printed circuit boards. It is suitable for controlling single-phase load circuits in electrical appliances and equipment such as compressors, heaters, motors, power supplies, copiers, fax machines, lighting control, microwave ovens, packaging machines, and food processing machinery. This product features small size, light weight, low coil power consumption, high contact load, strong shock resistance, and high reliability.

Hongli Electric launches high-power relays that comply with UL508 and meet the requirements for use in Motor+Controllers.

High-power relays can be used in control circuits with AC 50/60HZ, rated operating voltage of 277V, and DC voltage up to 220V. They are suitable for controlling the compressor or motor of single-phase air conditioners with a rated operating current of 40A (AC-8a) and 30A (AC-8b). They can also be used for controlling single-phase load circuits of electrical appliances and equipment such as electric heating, power tools, various motors, fax machines, copiers, packaging machines, and food processing machinery.

The HLC-1XU00AAC (1.5P/20A/208-240VAC) air conditioner contactor is mainly suitable for 50Hz or 60Hz circuits with a rated operating voltage of 240V or 277V and a rated current up to 20A in AC-8a usage category. It is suitable for starting and controlling single-phase AC motors (compressors) and other single-phase loads.
